@Mariuz, this is the only version I had. It has been created as 320x240. I first make it as 640x480 then reencoded to make smaller, and it looked very bad in youtube.
For the creation, it has not a single command. I first exported the log with cvs. Then used code_swarm tool to convert to xml. Then removed the noise changes (ChangeLog, writeBuildNo.sh, buildno.sh).
After that, I catched Firebird developer login/names from the project page and pasted in a open office sheet. With it, I created a formula with a sed command to replace the names. Not all names is in the project page, so I entered some ones manually.
Then I used code_swarm to generate the frames and mencoder to create the video.

I still have the converted xml file and the oo sheet, if you wanna play with it.
